What You'll Do as a CDL Chauffeur Driver:

As a CDL Chauffeur Driver, you will:

• Safely operate passenger transportation vehicles while providing first-class transportation services.
• Transport passengers to their destinations in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide courteous, professional, and personalized service to all passengers.
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, mobility needs, and luggage when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented vehicle at all times.
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams regarding route changes, delays, and service updates.
• Complete trip reports, inspection forms, and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Report maintenance issues and vehicle concerns promptly to fleet personnel.
• Support special transportation assignments, executive travel, airport transfers, and other transportation needs as required.
• Represent Pittsburgh Transportation Group with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity.

What We're Looking for as a CDL Chauffeur Driver:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating commercial vehicles, passenger transportation vehicles, shuttle buses, motor coaches, limousines, or similar equipment preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and defensive driving practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Dependable work ethic with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to service excellence.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Required Qualifications of a CDL Driver:

• Valid CDL License required.
• Passenger Endorsement preferred.
• State Inspection License preferred.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and meet all applicable federal, state, and company driving requirements.
• Clean driving record and strong safety history preferred.
• Ability to maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and company standards.
